The rain hasn't begun to slow in Washington, but I'm already making a mental summer to-do list. Europe will be a huge chunk of time (and funds) but also really want to rent one of these fire lookouts. The backpack in is of course half the adventure.

I love a good goodwill find, but wow. This girl committed to a Julie and Julia inspired mission to find a new dress every single day at thrift stores. Every DAY! It seems being wicked awesome with a sewing machine would be a huge asset. Oh yeah, and she is trying to make 365 dresses with just 365 dollars.

Looks like we won't freeze this winter. After a long day of moving wood in 20 degree weather, our woodshed has a semi-full belly. Think I broke some wood storage rules and put a couple loads on the front porch. Oh well, didn't I get married so I wouldn't have to move wood piles?
